OUR MISSION

The mission of Marathi Vishwa New Jersey is to bring works by Marathi Indian and Marathi Indian American artists (theater/music/dance/literary) to the Marathi Indian American audience. This provides a context for our new generation to learn of our rich native diaspora amidst the current contemporary Indian American experience. We also encourage development of new works of lesser-known artists focusing on the Marathi American Indian experience by creating a platform for young and old alike to showcase their talent. Marathi Vishwa also offers a balanced fare of programs through volunteer, civic, literary, cultural and outdoor activities.
